Update: PBSA is the rage with Centurion REIT’s IPO, and Elite UK REIT also positioning itself to do PBSA with MYS as development manager for Elite’s first PBSA (Lindsay House), expected to be operational before academic year 2027.

🌟AvePoint's SGX Secondary Listing: Benefits for Local Investors

With a flurry of IPO listings in Singapore SGX Group, there is an interesting secondary listing by way of introduction from AvePoint that caught my attention. 

 If you do not know, unlike a normal IPO, a listing by introduction is a process for a company to list its already-issued shares on the exchange (In this case Nasdaq) without offering new shares for sale to the public.
