Singapore Treasury bills 3.87% Yield. Should one also subscribe to it?

With 3.87% yield for a 1 year period. Should I also subscribe? Should one still invest? Or is this return even enough to cover the headline inflation 6.1 year on year in Singapore and core inflation at 4.1%?

Sats shareholders approve WFS acquisition, projected to be completed by April 2023. To subscribe or not to?
